We lead with beauty. It is the door that is accessible to anyone and everyone in which, when encountered while being accompanied, leads to Beauty Himself. 

Our Story

Creatio Missionary Guides are full time employees who fundraise their own salaries so they can dedicate themselves to Creatio's mission year-round while keeping trip prices low so they are accessible to all. Our missionaries are trained as professional outdoor guides and have extensive experience leading adventure trips, facilitating experiential education, and directing the spiritual programing component of our courses. Chris Lanciotti Executive Director Chris used to hike in Jeans, a hoodie, and basketball shoes, and now look at him. Born on the East Coast, which will always be in his heart, Chris has lived 29 years of  life in CO, and has had the incredible privilege of having served Creatio since 2014 as Guide, Program Manager, Formation Director, and now, Executive Director. Mary Krolicki Director of Operations Mary joined Creatio in its first ever Missionary Guide class in 2018. She has led Creatio trips on three continents and is one of its most accomplished guides. After a short hiatus working for Franciscan University in Austria, she returned to Creatio in 2023 and is excited to be back for its next chapter! Contact Mary

Daniel Sasala Client Experience Administrator After spending 4 years on a college campus serving as a FOCUS missionary, Daniel has decided to combine his life long love of the Lord and the outdoors and join our team. He is happy to serve our past, present, and future clients.  Contact Daniel

Sergio Arrangoiz Formation Coordinator Sergio was born and raised in Mexico. He attended UPenn in Philly and joined the Sodalitium Christianae Vitae afterwards, spending the last few years in South America. He joins Creatio leading the team's spiritual formation.  Contact Sergio

Ryan has always been called by Christ through adventure and beauty, whether through his work as a photographer or here to Creatio. He is blessed to be able to share that as a Missionary Guide. We live in an enchanted, awe-inspiring world, and God asks nothing less than for us to respond in kind.

Aimee Fischer Missionary Guide

Aimee has been adventuring with Christ since 1996. Her adventures started by climbing the tree in her neighbor's yard. Since then they have featured collegiate swimming, over 5 years in a convent, and a growing number of long walks in the outdoors. She is so excited to walk with you in the great adventure of life!
