CREATIO VOLUNTEER LEADER
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CREATIO VOLUNTEER LEADER:
- Plan and lead outdoor adventures, mission trips, and pilgrimages
- Go to places that you love for free
- Share your Catholic faith with participants
- Plan trip budgets
- Communicate with participants prior to experiences
- Book necessary tickets, rentals, etc.
- Prepare content for talks, discussions, and activities
Why volunteer?
Volunteering as a Creatio Volunteer Leader is an excellent way to be a steward of your outdoor talent! We are in need of qualified volunteers to lead experiences in the near future. By volunteering with us, you will gain experience, a free adventure, and potentially even get the cost of Wilderness First Aid training reimbursed.*
*WFA Training fees will be reimbursed for those who lead two Creatio experiences.

PREREQUISITES:
– Current Creatio Membership (click here to become a member)
– At least 18 years old
– Documented trip planning and leadership skills
(Training and experience options include Creatio Volunteer Leader workshop, documented list of similar travels, or co-leading a Creatio experience)
– Current Wilderness First Aid certification (or higher) at the time of the trip (click to see NOLS offerings here)
– Completed Application Form
– Two completed references
– Interview with Creatio leadership
– Leader Liability Waiver signed
– Approval by the Executive Director
