Come celebrate the feast of St. James, one of Creatio’s patron saints with us on the summit of Huron Peak, 14,003′. We will climb along the Northwest slope, gaining ~3,500 ft in 6.5 miles.

You have been such an important part of our mission and we are happy to have traveled the world with you! This will be a big reunion/celebration of all God as done in our lives. Expect to meet some new friends who have been a part of other Experiences with Creatio and feast together above the clouds. This special Past Participant Experience is a part of our Creatio Community Experiences, which differ from our standard Creatio Experiences in that they are not formally guided by Creatio staff. Instead, volunteers, missionaries, and friends all offer a helping hand in making these Experiences happen and costs for gas, food, etc. are split between one another at the end of the trip. The Experience organizer may screen participants to ensure they have the necessary skills, experience, and/or gear necessary to participate

July 24, Friday: 

• Drive to campsite (exact location will be sent the week before)- ~2hrs 45min
  • 4:00pm Caravan (optional) will leave from the Creatio office located at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (623 Fox St. Denver CO 80204)
• Set up camp
• Vigil feast

*If you cannot make it to camp Friday night, you are welcome to join us before we begin hiking early Saturday morning.
