Originally from Columbia, MD, Ashley earned her BS in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and MBA from Georgetown University.  Prior to joining Creatio, she led a 15-year career in education working to ensure that children in high poverty neighborhoods – specifically in Washington, DC and rural Colorado – have access to high-quality educational opportunities.  She served as a leader within two high-performing charter school management organizations – KIPP DC and DSST Public Schools – and led school and district turnaround and accountability initiatives at the Colorado state department of education.  Ashley enjoys all things outdoors and spends most of her free time snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer.  She lives in Denver with her husband, 7-year-old twins, and their crazy puppy.
